Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging. Safety seals, labels, and packaging must remain intact. Opened, consumed, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product or variant is unavailable, customers will be offered store credit which can be used on a future purchase at Nutra Sehat.

All approved refunds are issued in the form of store credit only. Store credit can be redeemed on future orders. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In cases where an item is received damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, Nutra Sehat will cover the return shipping charges after verification.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened supplements, consumable products, or items without intact seals are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect. Any product clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
